Centurion Health is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, Missouri. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires Missouri RN license, CPR and BLS certification, and an Associate's degree. Corrections experience is not required, but the ability to obtain security clearance and pass drug screen/criminal background check is

We are currently seeking a per-diem (PRN) Registered Nurse to join our team at Tipton Correctional Center located in Tipton, Missouri.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license required


• Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)


• Associates Degree required


• Corrections experience not required


• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
