Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse at Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, MO. The RN provides holistic nursing care under the DON and Nursing Supervisor, addressing physical, psychological, and social needs of incarcerated patients.

The shift is Nights (6:00pm–6:30am), 24 hours per week, with pay range $35.00–$43.00 hourly and potential shift differentials. Missouri license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license required.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.
• Associates Degree required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with DON and Nursing Supervisor to assess and respond to patient needs.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to address physical, psychological, and social needs.

We are currently seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Tipton Correctional Center located in Tipton, Missouri.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Associates Degree required
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
