Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and at least one year of RN experience.

• Current AHA BLS or ARC BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Experience in ER, ICU, or PACU.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Direct and lead other team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural needs.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment with privacy and professional behavior.
• Coordinate care, health teaching, and promote outcomes.
