Job summary

Typically involved in creating and adjusting care plans, coordinating with physicians and teams to ensure high-quality outcomes while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited course or have at least 2 years of experience surpassing the minimal qualification required.
• Field of Study: The applicable major should be nursing.
• A minimum of 2 years in a relevant role is expected.
• Certification: Hold a BLS certificate now or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
• Registered Nurse License

Responsibilities

• Prioritize patient needs and create, implement, and assess care plans.
• Observe indicators closely and support changes with evidence-based practice.
