Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Current registration/license in the state where employed.
• 1 year of occupational health nursing or related field experience.
• Successful completion of UDS, BAT, PFT, FIT certifications.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam room and prepare them for examination and treatment.
• Draw blood and prepare paperwork for laboratory pickup.
• Perform urine drug screens and ensure proper chain of custody and shipment.
• Maintain and stock exam, lab, and treatment rooms; manage supplies.
