The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the FLO FLEX Pool. This position involves providing nursing care using the nursing process, leading team members, and coordinating patient care across units.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree, 1 year nursing experience, SC RN licensure (or compact state) and BLS. You may float to Florence, Marion and Black River hospitals, and to Med/Surg units as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse license in South Carolina or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient/family centered care across physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural needs.
