Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a PRN registered nurse for the MUSC Pee Dee Division Mobile Flex Pool. Eligible to participate in the State Retirement Program and may float to Florence, Marion, and Black River hospitals.

Minimum requirements include an Associate's Degree and SC- or compact-state RN licensure, plus BLS certification. This position emphasizes expert patient care, teamwork, and flexible scheduling in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing; RN licensure in SC or a compact state.
• Minimum of one year of RN work experience.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members; collaborate with multidisciplinary team for age/developmentally appropriate care.
• Deliver patient/family centered care addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional behavior.
• Participate in shared governance and professional development to promote leadership and clinical excellence.
• Coordinate care delivery; identify priorities and improve patient outcomes.
