Job summary

Dignity With Care is seeking a dedicated Skilled Nurse to deliver high-quality, client-centered care in clients' homes across Maryland. You will assess health needs, perform skilled nursing procedures, administer treatments, and coordinate with the healthcare team to promote optimal outcomes.

The role requires RN or LPN licensure in Maryland, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred), and current CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably home health or hospice.
• Skilled in wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration.
• Knowledge of infection control, home safety, and emergency procedures.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies per physician directives.
• Monitor, evaluate and report client health changes to supervisor.
• Provide wound care, catheter care and IV therapy as required.
• Educate clients and families on disease management and home care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and interventions.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.
• Support and supervise other care team members within scope.
