Qualifications

• Completion of onboarding, orientation, and annual competency requirements.
• Ability to attend orientation and participate in residency or specialty programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, routine, and complex patient care within the clinical setting.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects, and document patient information.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers, and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Make appropriate clinical decisions and manage contingencies effectively.
