Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a PRN Nursing professional to provide direct patient care in emergency settings, including assessment, triage, diagnosis, and personalized care planning.

You will collect health data, prioritize needs, implement and educate to promote safety, and coordinate with the care team. A current state license and BLS/ALS/PALS or equivalent certifications are required; no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• No prior experience required.
• Certifications such as BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC, or equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive health data and prioritizing patient needs.
• Analyzing assessments to determine diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Implementing, coordinating, and educating to promote safety and health.
• Evaluating patient progress and communicating effectively across team and patients.
• Demonstrating leadership, applying evidence-based practices, and ensuring age-specific and clinical needs are met.
• Maintaining safety and performing other assigned duties.
