Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join the Mayo Correctional Institution in Mayo, FL. The RN will provide holistic medical care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Shifts are 12 hours with two weeks of full-time training required. RN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and report to the Director of Nursing and Nursing Supervisor.

We are currently seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team at Mayo Correctional Institution.

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

12 hour shifts with two week fulltime training required

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
