Job summary

Forest Hills of DC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for night shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) to administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate care in our DC facility. The role emphasizes accurate documentation and teamwork within a multi-disciplinary Health Team.

Expect to lead Care Partners, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality resident outcomes. Active DC RN license and CPR certification are required, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Active District of Columbia RN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Night shift availability (PRN, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) with weekend options.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents.
• Document nursing interventions, resident response and outcomes; communicate with physician and Health Team members.
• Provide direct oversight for Care Partners to ensure quality of care.
• Develop short- and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Pay:From $45.00 to $50 per hour
