Job summary

Goodwin Living in Falls Church, VA is seeking a registered nurse to join our day shift care team. You will administer medications, document interventions, and coordinate care for residents in your assigned household.

As a valued team member you will supervise Care Partners, develop short- and long-term care plans, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality resident outcomes. Virginia RN licensure and CPR certification are required.

• Current Virginia license or compact state licensure.
• CPR certification is required.

Shift: Day shift (8:30am-4:30pm) every Monday and as needed

Location: Falls Church, VA

Pay: We offer competitive pay for RNs from $46.50 to $48 per hour!

Job Duties

• Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
• Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
• Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
• Must have current CPR certification.
