Job summary

Goodwin Living in Falls Church, VA is seeking an RN to administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate care on the assigned household. The role involves documenting interventions and communicating with physicians and health team members.

We offer a day shift (8:30am-4:30pm) on Mondays as needed, competitive hourly pay from $46.50 to $48, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), meals, fitness, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
• Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
• Documents nursing interventions, resident responses, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members.
• Provides direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
• Develops short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.
