Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a rehab hospital setting on a PRN basis with flexible hours based on facility needs.

You will conduct nutrition assessments, develop care plans, monitor patients at nutritional risk, educate patients, collaborate with the medical team, and document clinical care onsite.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) is required.
• Active state licensure or certification; GA licensure preferred.
• Hospital/clinical nutrition experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and follow-up evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Identify and monitor patients at nutritional risk.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Onsite visits

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Tennessee and Georgia licensure preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Previous hospital or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but not required
