Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a rehab hospital setting. This is a PRN position with flexible hours based on facility needs and coverage.

You will conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patients in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team. Onsite visits with thorough documentation are required, with Georgia or Tennessee licensure

Qualifications

• CDR Registered Dietitian credential required.
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable.
• Tennessee and Georgia licensure preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Hospital or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but not required.
