Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in the long-term care/rehabilitation setting. This is a full-time opportunity for approximately 30 to 40 hours per week, with potential for additional part-time and PRN shifts in the area.

The role requires an active RD credential and state licensure, with strong organizational skills and prior experience in geriatric or long-term care environments preferred, though not required.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation.
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans.
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk.
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings.
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits.
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays.
