The RD will assess residents' nutritional needs, develop care plans, and document in the EMR, collaborating with the care team. The role emphasizes education for residents, families, and staff, adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations, and flexible coverage across campuses.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active state license in good standing.
• Knowledge of CMS, state, and federal nutrition regulations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutritional needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
