Job summary

River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a PRN Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Anderson, IN and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible, on-call shifts without a guaranteed weekly schedule, ideal for professionals seeking supplemental income.

You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and support clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Previous experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Availability to accept shifts on short notice (preferred, not required)
• Ability to maintain reliable, regular availability for scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Communicate availability proactively and respond promptly to shift requests
• Participate in required training and supervision related to ABA
