River Rock Behavioral Therapy, a Finni Health company, seeks a PRN RBT to provide ABA therapy on an as-needed basis in Anderson, IN and surrounding areas. You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA sessions, collecting data, and supporting clients and families.

Flexibility is key: no guaranteed weekly schedule, shifts offered based on caseload; ideal for those seeking supplemental income or a lower-commitment way to stay active in the field.

Qualifikationen

• Current RBT Certification (required).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred).

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
