Job summary

Premise Health in Sunnyvale, CA is hiring a PRN Radiology Technologist to provide imaging services for employees and dependents in our health center. The role covers as-needed staffing with hours 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, following provider orders and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology, ARRT certification, state license/registration, and CPR certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in radiologic technology.
• Documentation of state license/registration as a radiologic technologist.
• ARRT certification is required.
• CPR certification meeting AHA standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain imaging equipment with quality control checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.
• Perform imaging procedures including diagnostic X-rays per provider orders.
• Review orders and patient data for accuracy.
• Position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret images.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures and interactions.
• Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology

State license/registration as radiologic technologist

ARRT certification

CPR certification (BLS)
