Job summary

USPI Victoria Ambulatory Surgery Center in the United States is seeking a motivated Radiology Technologist to join our fast-paced ASC team. The Radiology Technician will perform a variety of procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of imaging equipment in sterile OR settings.

The ideal candidate has hands-on OR experience, proficiency with 9800 and Mini OEC C-Arms, and current AART registration with CPR. Texas MRT license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong OR skills.
• Experience using 9800 and Mini OEC C-Arms.
• Independent decision making is required.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiological Technology program.
• AART Registered and CPR Current.
• Texas MRT license currently required.
• One year hospital experience required (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures under physician supervision.
• Operate radiology equipment including C-Arms.
• Maintain sterile field during OR procedures.
• Coordinate with staff and physicians to ensure patient safety.

Job Summary

The Radiology Technician will perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment. Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room with Spine, Ortho or Pain procedures. Maintains a professional relationship with physicians and staff.

Required Skills

• Must have experience using both 9800 and Mini OEC C-Arms.
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families.

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
