Job summary

Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, FL is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to support our Radiology Department and medical staff. You will perform diagnostic radiographs and ensure patient comfort and safety.

The successful candidate will hold an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology, a current Florida license, and ARRT and BLS credentials. Experience with trauma, fluoroscopy, or surgical procedures is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in radiologic technology from an accredited program.
• Active ARRT certification and Florida Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiology equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs.
• Identify service requirements through patient rapport.
• Maintain and troubleshoot radiology equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and radiation protection procedures.
• Document patient care actions in records.
• Support department team and mission.
