Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Radiologic Technologist PRN at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville in Stephenville, TX. The role involves performing radiologic procedures in a diagnostic radiology setting with variable PRN shifts including weekdays.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent radiologic technology education, ARRT/CMRT or equivalent credentials, and BCLS certification. Prior radiologic experience and strong patient communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year radiologic technologist experience preferred.
• CMRT and ARRT certification required.
• BCLS certification required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures with proper technique and age-appropriate care.
• Explain procedures to patient and guardian/family prior to exam.
• Process and manipulate images, analyze image quality, troubleshoot and adjust technique as needed.
• Prepare room for examination and check physician orders and exam requisitions.
• Operate, care for, and maintain imaging equipment
