Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System Great Bend Hospital is seeking a part-time Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic examinations under supervision, prepare and administer contrast media, review studies for quality, and maintain accurate records.

You will be the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and the imaging team, ensuring timely care and patient safety. The role requires flexibility and ongoing participation in education and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two year accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree may be considered as additional qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed and mobile x-ray equipment competently.
• Ensure patient safety and timely imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and image archiving.
• Collaborate with radiology staff and physicians to improve quality and workflow.
