Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Round Rock Medical Center seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiology procedures supervised by a Radiologist. You will follow established protocols to diagnose disease and injury, while communicating with patients using AIDET and ensuring safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, equipment positioning, dose monitoring, and maintaining imaging records in accordance with department standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification or equivalent.
• Ability to perform high-quality radiology procedures.
• Effective communication with patients and families using AIDET principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures according to exam protocol, with timely delivery and quality imaging.
• Maintain safety by following radiation dose monitoring and infection-control protocols.
• Prepare, position, and adjust equipment; ensure correct exam is performed.
• Maintain equipment and work area, document patient information and imaging records.
