Cardinal Health is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a PRN on-site role at Mojave Radiation Oncology Center in Apple Valley, CA. You will administer prescribed radiation therapy and ensure safe, accurate delivery using modern equipment. The position supports high-volume coverage and on-call availability.

The role requires ARRT certification/eligibility, a science degree, and a flexible schedule. Compensation ranges from $43.30 to $61.80 per hour with benefits including PTO.

Qualifications

• ARRT board eligible or certified; radiation therapy certification preferred.
• Flexible scheduling as needed for PRN coverage.
• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed radiation therapy.
• Verify dose, fields and angles before treatment.
• Ensure shielding of healthy tissue with proper devices.
• Simulate patients for localization using CT or simulator.
• Maintain accurate treatment charts and documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and report complications.
• Adhere to safety procedures and machine checks.
• Collaborate with oncologists and therapy team on treatment plans.
• Be available for on-call as required.
• Meet deadlines and support the team.
