Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist for Elizabethtown/Brandenburg Diagnostics. The role involves providing diagnostic imaging services in outpatient settings, using various radiographic techniques, and assisting physicians with diagnoses.

Schedule varies, Monday–Friday, with no weekends anticipated. Requirements include an ARRT-recognized degree or military JRCERT program, active Kentucky licensure, ARRT registration or eligibility, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• ARRT-recognized education or military JRCERT program required.
• Active Kentucky Board licensure required.
• ARRT registered or eligible; must obtain ARRT certification within 1 year of hire or licensure.
• BLS preferred, required within 90 days of hire.

Job Description:

Providediagnostic imaging services to patientsinan outpatient clinicsetting. Utilizevarious radiographic techniques and equipmenttoperform imaging examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency that the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) recognizes, or military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program required.
• Active licensure through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• Registered or Registry Eligible by the ARRT required (Must obtain ARRT certification within one year of hire or within one year of obtaining Ky licensure, whichever occurs first).
• BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a Rad Tech in a hospital or medical imaging facility preferred.
