As a PRN QA Nurse Reviewer, you’ll be the clinical guardian who pairs deep nursing expertise with cutting-edge automation. You’ll review AI's output of OASIS-E, ICD-10 coding, and plan-of-care documents, then turn those insights into product improvements and front-line education. Core Responsibilities: Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
AI Feedback Loop – Spot recurring error patterns, annotate edge cases, and give feedback to improve our product.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence.
Certifications: COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H.
Experience:
3+ years in home-health QA/OASIS review, utilization review, or clinical documentation QA.
Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, Wellsky, etc.
Skills:
Tech Savvy
Meticulous eye for detail and data-driven mindset.
Stellar written and verbal communicator who can translate clinical jargon into clear guidance.
Self-starter: Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and remote collaboration tools.
Reliability counts: We’re looking for nurses who can deliver the same meticulous, high‑quality reviews every time—whether it’s your first case of the day or your fiftieth.
Weekend support: Our agencies run seven days a week, so we ask each reviewer to pitch in for weekend shifts to keep care plans moving smoothly. Frequency of weekend shifts can be discussed further during the interview rounds.
