Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center. The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) role provides skilled services to residents in a SNF setting, working with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence.

This PRN position offers increased rates when medical benefits are waived, with a supportive leadership culture and modern rehab facilities to support quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
