Job summary

Step Up Rehab in Ocoee, FL delivers in-house therapy at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) you will provide skilled PTA therapy to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, working in the dedicated therapy gym and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

This PRN position requires a graduate of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within the SNF, supporting residents to regain function and independence through skilled care.
