Job summary

Step Up Rehab in Ocoee, FL is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. You will work inside a dedicated therapy gym, helping residents regain function and independence with a compassionate, team-based approach.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
