Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ocoee, FL. This PRN role focuses on skilled therapy within a dedicated SNF gym, supporting residents to regain function with compassionate, interdisciplinary care.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited PTA program, Florida PTA license or eligibility, and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
