Step Up Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Daytona Beach, FL. Join a dedicated in-house therapy team at Solaris HealthCare Daytona and help residents regain function in a SNF setting.

Earn up to $40/hour with a flexible schedule and supportive leadership. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide skilled PTA services, document care in Net Health, and contribute to improving safety, independence, and quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible required.
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
