Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support residents at Solaris HealthCare Daytona in Daytona Beach, FL. You’ll work within a skilled nursing facility, with flexible weekday and weekend hours and pay up to $40/hour.

This PRN role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled therapy, improve safety and function, and enhance quality of life for residents. Florida licensed PTA or license-eligible status is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
