Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Solaris HealthCare Daytona in Daytona Beach, FL. Earn up to $40/hour with a flexible, weekday/weekend schedule and in-house therapy support inside a SNF setting.

Provide skilled PTA services to SNF residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and contribute to improving function and safety. Experience in SNF or post-acute care is preferred, and Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Assist with care planning and documentation as part of the therapy program.
