Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Stuart SNF. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents, working inside a dedicated therapy gym at Solaris HealthCare Parkway and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.

Qualified applicants are graduates of an accredited PTA program with Florida licensure (or eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.
