Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to support in our Silver City, NM facility. You will implement therapy plans, deliver treatments, and monitor patient progress, while collaborating with the rehab team to maximize independence and function.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care with opportunities for growth within a stable company committed to quality service. Prior PTA licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing physical therapy programs and recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to design patient-centered plans.
• Support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care.
• Coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care.
