Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• If the qualifying PT degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence.
• Work collaboratively with peers, provide therapy across a variety of settings, and teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
• Provide referrals to additional care as needed and support patients’ overall well‑being.
• Adapt to individual patient needs and engage in sustained, patient‑centered care.
