Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN) to join our in-facility team at Casa Del Sol Care Center in Las Cruces, NM. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver compassionate therapies to residents.

As a PTA, you’ll collaborate with rehab staff, assess progress, and adjust treatment to restore independence. The role offers flexible PRN hours and the chance to contribute to high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program (APTA).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities following established recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and make referrals as needed to optimize patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate atmosphere.
