Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside in Columbus, GA, is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will help deliver physical therapy modalities and treatments per the plan, assisting patients of all ages to achieve functional independence.

The role requires an associate degree from an approved PTA program, and a valid Georgia PTA license or compact privileges at hire, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an approved PTA program is required.
• No experience required.
• Current Georgia PTA license or Georgia compact privileges required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy modalities and treatments per the plan established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients of all ages to reach the highest level of physical independence as directed by the treatment plan.
