Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Lincoln, NE. The PTA will work closely with physical therapists and nursing staff to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents with a focus on mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate’s degree in PTA and Nebraska licensure.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited program; Nebraska licensure as a PTA.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.

Reports to: Physical Therapist/Director of Rehab

Position Type: Full-Time, M-F, some weekends as needed

Job Summary

This position offers flexibility with scheduling and is ideal for those looking to work on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program. Licensure: Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Nebraska
• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide compassionate patient care. Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
