Job Description

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified physical therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will assist in treating patients by following individualized care plans developed by Physical Therapists.

• Ensure patients receive quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Assist in developing and implementing physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs.
• Support patients through all phases of physical therapy treatments and techniques.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and record their conditions and responses after each visit.
• Maintain continuous communication with Physical Therapists, Directors, or Rehab staff, and facility personnel.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
