Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics in South Houston. You’ll work under a licensed PT to provide hands-on, evidence-based care focused on mobility, strength, and function. This role offers mentorship and a clear path for growth within a national network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Colorado PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
