Job summary

Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant in South Houston for our outpatient orthopedic setting. You’ll deliver evidence-based care, help patients regain movement, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Colorado PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
