Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Century Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Work in a dedicated therapy gym within a skilled nursing facility, assisting residents to regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

The role supports clinicians with realistic caseloads, modern rehab gyms, and leadership that values quality care and clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
