Job summary

Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is seeking a caring PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our on-site outpatient therapy clinic and outreach locations. You will assist the Physical Therapist to restore, maintain, or prevent decline of resident function, contributing as a key rehab team member.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Kansas PTA graduate with strong English communication, empathy, and teamwork, capable of handling diverse patient needs and achieving excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must graduate PTA program and be licensed in Kansas.
• Experience with elderly care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Empathetic approach and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the treatment of residents as directed by the Physical Therapist to restore or maintain function.
• Participate as an active member of the rehabilitation team.
• Assist in transferring residents and ensuring safe patient handling.
