Job summary

Pleasant Hill Post Acute seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. The PTA works under the supervising Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services that promote mobility and independence.

You will perform skilled PTA treatments, assist residents toward mobility goals, and document progress. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential, as is dependability and flexibility for an as-needed

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current California PTA license required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and flexible with PRN scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and interventions as directed by the supervising PT.
• Assist residents in achieving mobility and functional goals.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
