Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis in Pleasant Hill, CA. The PTA will work under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services that promote mobility, independence, safety, and overall quality of life for residents.

Competenze

• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required.
• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and flexible with the ability to work on an as-needed basis.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Assist with recommendations for durable medical equipment and adaptive equipment to promote resident safety and independence.
• Provide staff education and in-service training as needed.
• Report equipment concerns and help ensure rehabilitation equipment remains safe and functional.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals.

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dependable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis.

The PTA works under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services that promote mobility, independence, safety, and overall quality of life for our residents.
