Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy in Solaris HealthCare Daytona's SNF setting in Daytona Beach, FL. The role involves delivering PTA services and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for residents.

Qualified candidates will hold a Florida PTA license (or be license-eligible) with SNF/post-acute experience preferred, and familiarity with Net Health documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
